I was asked the other day if it’s possible to prepare a Gantt Chart in Excel and having said yes but it has to be programmed manually I was then asked if it’s possible to prepare a Gantt Chart with coloured bars. I said, yes!

I used Excel 2010 for this video but the instructions are essentially the same in Excel 2007.
